Job Title: Tech Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical group, you will be responsible for facilitating and/or delivering technical components across various ICT solutions.
In this role, you will support our product managers by providing expert technical advice on fixed and mobile solutions used in emergency services environments. You will also assist with the scheduling of activities within various QAS ICT environments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Detailed knowledge and experience in the ICT technical communications infrastructure environment
* Substantial technical and application knowledge of communications technology environments
* Demonstrated high level experience in directing, managing and coordinating internal and external technical resources
* Demonstrated technical coordination skills with a proven track record of achieving quality outcomes
* Extensively developed skills in consultation, engagement and communication
* Proven ability to contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
* A relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in ICT or a business-related discipline (highly regarded)
