We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Client Care Representative to join our team in Toowoomba.
This permanent, part-time role offers 32 hours of work per week from Tuesday to Friday, with shifts running from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Role Responsibilities
* Manage appointment schedules for audiologists, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
* Greet clients, update records accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
* Assist with client and doctor inquiries, answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
* Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices, ensuring optimal performance.
* Achieve accurate billing of appointments, maintaining financial transparency.
* Perform general office duties, contributing to a productive work environment.
