Lead Plastics Sales Manager
A highly skilled Sales Manager is sought to lead and grow our plastics packaging portfolio in Victoria.
The Opportunity
This critical role manages key customer relationships and drives business development across the food, beverage, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Identify and convert new business opportunities in key market segments
* Drive sustainable packaging initiatives through recycled plastics
* Collaborate across internal teams to execute projects and support customers
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights for growth
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales or account management experience in packaging or a related B2B sector
* Proven success in revenue growth and strategic customer management
* Strong knowledge of the Victorian market and packaging trends
* Experience with solution-based selling and sustainability-driven value propositions
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or VRM)
