Job Title: Structural Designer
About the Role:
* We are seeking a talented professional to design and produce structural designs and drawings in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project models and drawing sets, developing and maintaining Revit families/AutoCAD blocks, and producing reinforcement detailing and schedules.
* Detailed knowledge of construction methodologies and buildability is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and detailing concrete and steel structures.
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and manage project models and drawing sets in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
2. Develop and maintain Revit families/AutoCAD blocks and standard details.
3. Produce reinforcement detailing and schedules (bar bending lists) for walls, slabs, tanks, and associated structural components.
4. Cordinate interfaces with civil, geotechnical, mechanical and architectural disciplines; participate in model reviews.
5. Prepare concept, tender and construction deliverables (GA plans, sections, details, notes) and manage revisions, transmittals, and document control in the common data environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification:
A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Architecture is essential.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, including skills in drafting and detailing.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in producing structural designs and drawings in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
