At Riviana Foods, part of the SunRice Group, we're passionate about delivering quality food and building great teams. We're currently seeking a reliable, hands‐on Oven Operator to join our friendly crew in Caboolture.
In this role, you'll be part of The Australian Waffle Company—Australia's largest waffle manufacturer—producing a delicious range of Belgian‐style Liège waffles, Brussels waffles, and homestyle toasting waffles. We pride ourselves on using the highest quality locally sourced ingredients to craft waffles that are perfectly toasted on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
About the Role
As an Oven Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are cooked to perfection while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high‐quality production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor industrial ovens and production equipment
* Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of equipment
* Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
About You
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Hands‐on with a strong attention to detail
* Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (highly regarded)
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong focus on safety and quality
