The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll be part of a high‑impact team delivering on‑site technical support for a key defence initiative. You’ll work directly with clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and contribute to the smooth operation of mission‑critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Set up and configure IT equipment including computers, printers, and network devices.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Participate in training to build technical and customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Australian Citizenship and NV1 AGSVA Clearance (mandatory).
- A positive, energetic attitude and a robust desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Technical aptitude and adaptability to various environments.
- Valid driver’s license (travel to client sites may be required).
- Experience in Help Desk Level 1 or 2 support is a bonus, but not essential—training will be provided.
