Traverse Alpine Group is seeking talented and enthusiastic Hairdressers to join our team for the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek. Responsibilities
* Deliver professional hairdressing services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments to a diverse clientele.
* Consult with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on hairstyles suited to their needs.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon area and ensure tools and equipment are sanitized.
* Keep abreast of current hair trends and techniques to offer up-to-date services.
* Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all clients to enjoy their salon experience.
* Recommend and retail hair care products to promote client satisfaction and retention.
* Work collaboratively with the broader Traverse Alpine Group team to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Requirements
* Previous experience working as a Hairdresser, ideally in a fast-paced or seasonal environment.
* Strong skills in cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to variable workloads.
* Relevant hairdressing qualifications or certifications.
* Availability to work full-time during the Winter Season 2026 at Falls Creek.
* Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
