You'll be a crucial first point of contact, assisting our diverse client base with troubleshooting, technical support, and issue resolution.This role goes far beyond ticket management — you\'ll actively develop your IT skills, contribute to internal and client projects, and progress toward more senior responsibilities.
All this while collaborating with an supportive and knowledgeable team.You'll work across technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, Intune, Networks, Voice Technologies, Audio Visual systems, and more.Your Day-to-DayDeliver first-level support across phone, email, and in-person channelsDiagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, and networksAssist with device setups and account access for onboarding and offboarding usersTrack and manage support tickets with precisionDocument procedures and solutionsEscalate complex issues to senior technicians as neededPerform onsite visits to install, maintain or troubleshoot customer IT infrastructure from time to timeSupport ICT upgrades, installs, and maintenanceAbout YouYou're a driven IT professional with a passion for delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing managed services.

Your focus is always on creating seamless client experiences by proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and ensuring security is never an afterthought.Key RequirementsDeliver support across cloud, on-premise, and end-user environments in accordance with security standards and best practices.A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practises, and Microsoft 365 and Azure, Windows Server, networking technologies.Prior experience in ICT Helpdesk SupportExcellent verbal and written communication skills: you\'re explicit, professional, and approachable.Outstanding time management, task prioritisation, and completionPersonable and client-focused — you enjoy solving problems and helping peopleDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve user issues across hardware, software, and network layersUnderstand triage workflows and basic service desk operationsDocument solutions, perform root cause analysis, and champion technical best practices.Permanent resident - Driving Licence requiredDesire for personal development and learning.Highly DesirableKnowledge of IT security fundamentals and an understanding of frameworks like the Essential 8Certifications such as, Microsoft 365, or security-related qualificationsPrevious experience in working with an MSP
