Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative services to patients and staff.
About the Role
* Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
* Make appointments for clients via our online booking system
* Manage data input into computer systems
* Liaise with patients, families, Support Coordinators, GPs, serviced surgeries, and other health professionals
* Support allied health staff in an administrative capacity
Requirements
* Competent typing skills (60wpm or more)
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suites and SharePoint
* High attention to detail for data entry
* Knowledge and/or experience with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
* Previous experience as a receptionist or experience in a medical or administrative environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to operate independently and manage time effectively
