Salary up to $90K super New role with real ownership and autonomy Hands-on spare parts and warehouse role in Laverton An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Spare Parts Coordinator to join a globally recognised manufacturer within the heavy industrial equipment sector. This newly created Laverton-based role offers the opportunity to establish and manage the Victorian spare parts operation, with the support of an experienced national team. Combining spare parts coordination, customer service and warehouse activities, it is ideally suited to someone who thrives in an autonomous, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer spare parts enquiries Prepare quotations and process spare parts orders accurately Coordinate deliveries, freight and returns Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service support Take ownership of the day-to-day spare parts and warehouse function for the Victorian operation Manage inventory accuracy and stock control Pick, pack and dispatch spare parts orders Load and unload deliveries using a forklift Maintain warehouse organisation and safe work practices Deliver parts to customer sites when required Coordinate with interstate stakeholders to support customers and service activities General operational and administrative tasks About You Experience in spare parts, parts interpreting, inventory control or warehouse operations Experience supporting technical products, machinery, equipment or industrial parts environments Background in heavy equipment, construction, mining, agricultural machinery, transport, material handling, industrial equipment or automotive sectors Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Experience working in a standalone, branch or self-managed environment (highly regarded) Strong customer service and communication skills Current Forklift Licence (essential) Current Driver's Licence (essential) Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems (highly regarded) Strong attention to detail with a practical, hands-on approach Reliable, organised and team-oriented Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability What’s on Offer Up to $90K Super Stable, long-term opportunity with a growing global business Newly created role with genuine ownership and autonomy Opportunity to establish and shape the spare parts function within the Victorian operation Support from an experienced national team while maintaining local responsibility Full product training provided Varied role combining customer service, spare parts and warehouse operations If you enjoy working with technical products, solving customer problems and supporting service operations in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
