GoodWe is looking for a Junior Engineer to join our dedicated Australia and New Zealand team. This role offers flexibility with periods of working from home and occasional travel, making it ideal for a recent graduate or early‐career professional seeking growth within a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
* Provide tele‐ and on‐site technical support as well as post‐sales support.
* Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware for PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
* Report and follow up with head office on product failures with clear documentation.
* Evaluate PV plant performance by studying operational data regularly.
* Work proactively with installers and retailers to deliver a best‐in‐class customer experience.
* Maintain regular follow‐ups on technical issues and build healthy relationships with installers and retailers.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above in electrical or electronics.
* Preferred minimum 1 year experience in the solar industry, especially troubleshooting product issues.
* Strong analytical and independent problem‐solving skills.
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to learn new technologies quickly.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Team‐player who works effectively in a collaborative environment.
* Friendly, positive, and customer‐driven attitude.
* Excellent time‐management and organizational skills.
* Adaptability to frequent travel.
* Valid driving license.
