Client Manager | Gold Coast
We are seeking a Client Manager to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best‐in‐class risk management solutions for clients. Lead a significant client portfolio across various industries through insurance broking and advisory, contributing to new business development and presenting our value proposition to clients.
What the day will look like
* Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
* Build relationships and enhance the client experience
* Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
* Develop new and profitable business within the National segment
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the National business
* Achieve renewal and new business budget
* Mentor and develop team members within the region
Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Experience managing a client portfolio of at least 500k annual income
* Exceptional client relationship management
* First‐class communication and presentation skills
* A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated new business successes
* Strong technical understanding of a broad range of commercial insurance products
* Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks
* Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
