This role partners closely with senior underwriting stakeholders to analyse outcomes, identify opportunities, and support practical changes that balance customer experience, commercial performance and risk integrity.
The Role
* Analyse underwriting performance and decision outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
* Support and progressively lead underwriting optimisation initiatives end‐to‐end
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external insurer stakeholders
About You
* Background in life insurance - underwriting, underwriting analytics, operations and/or optimisation
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical recommendations
* Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex decisioning environments
* Clear communicator who can simplify technical concepts for varied audiences
