**Role Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintainer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining facility infrastructure and systems, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance tasks, high levels of service, and maximizing productivity and equipment reliability.
Qualifications:
* Essential: Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter and Turner).
* Desirable: Experience with diesel power generation, general mechanical maintenance, and experience as a field service mechanical fitter/technician.
* Tickets and Licenses: Driver's License, White Card, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Forklift License, Elevated Work Platform, First Aid.
Experience and Skills:
* Minimum 4 years post-trade experience is desirable.
* Experience in shutdown maintenance and repair highly regarded.
* Strong understanding of technical terminology and the ability to read and assess technical plans.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated customer focus.

**Work Environment and Demands:** Personnel must be medically fit to work and complete all physical tasks associated with the role, safely lifting and operating necessary tools and equipment, accessing restricted plant areas, and traversing distances swiftly without health impacts.
