Job Description
This role is part of a business-led transformation program, delivering simplification and benefits for customers, employees, and shareholders. The program focuses on implementing 'one best way' to enhance customer experiences.

The key responsibilities include:
* Supporting multiple squads to deliver features on digital platforms.
* Managing work requests scope, estimation, and delivery timelines.
* Coordinating agile activities, including PI planning, sprints, and stand-ups.
* Resolving dependency, capacity, and resource issues within teams.
* Proactively managing dependencies, issues, and risks.
* Removing obstacles and resolving conflicts that occur.
* Delivering changes to production, ensuring quality standards and adherence to processes.
* Collaborating with project managers, BAs, and coaches to ensure consistent ways of working across teams.
* Supporting Product Owners in each team to engage stakeholders using product backlogs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years' experience as a Digital Project Manager or Scrum Master.
* A background in software and app development, with experience working across digital products.
* Experience in end-to-end delivery of change.
* Ability to support and test functional and non-functional changes for critical systems.
* Confidence using industry-leading collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to participate in agile ceremonies.
