Job Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting patients both in person and by phone, supporting the specialist team, and performing routine administrative tasks.

* Assist patients with medical inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Support the specialist team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
* Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications
* Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
* Ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures, and adhere to confidentiality standards


Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist/Administrator
* Proficiency in Genie Practice Management or associated Medical Software
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
* Exceptional typing skills, with grammatical and spelling accuracy
