What you'll do
Deliver OT services across community, clinic & telehealth settings
Support clients with functional assessments, intervention, and assistive tech
Manage a mixed caseload of children and adults under the NDIS
Work flexibly from home, in the field, or from one of our hubs
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
Maintain clear documentation and reporting
New to the profession?
Our 12-month New Graduate Program includes:
Comprehensive induction & clinical shadowing
Weekly 1:1 supervision & mentoring
Core OT skills & competency workshops
Peer support, PD sessions & mental health check-ins
Multidisciplinary learning with experienced clinicians
RequirementsWhat you'll need
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Check & Police Check
Driver's license & reliable vehicle
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
