Responsibilities
* Drive a customer‐centric culture, creating an exciting, educational and seamless experience with every interaction
* Apply commercial acumen to elevate store performance
* Support execution of visual merchandising plans to ensure brand consistency and maximize sale opportunities
* Motivate and coach the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs in a high‐performance culture
* Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back‐of‐house administration

* Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast‐paced retail environment
* A supportive leader with ability to motivate, empower and inspire a team to achieve success
* Demonstrated commercial acumen, with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
* An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and creativity
* Experience with high stock volumes and stock management
