About the Centre
Welcome to a rural childcare centre situated in Central West of NSW catering for children from birth – 5 years.
Our Educators are passionate and deliver high quality program to support children's learning.
Our centre strongly believes in offering families the opportunity for their child to learn, play and feel safe in a friendly and welcoming environment.

About the Role
Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification is required.
Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
A current Working with Children's Check.
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard.
