Based at our Luscombe Head Office, this opportunity sits within our Queensland Workforce Housing team, delivering accommodation and village infrastructure projects across some of Australia's largest mining, energy and resources developments.
With an exciting period of growth underway and a healthy pipeline of projects across Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of workforce housing projects from tender through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the high standards our clients expect.

What You\'ll Be Doing
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of project delivery across workforce housing and accommodation projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing projects from tender and award through to completion and handover
* Working closely with the commercial team to bid, scope and price projects
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
* Managing project budgets, forecasts and cost performance against estimates
* Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality and safety
* Developing project delivery programs and communicating key milestones with clients
* Leading project kick-off meetings and maintaining ongoing client communication
* Managing variations, approvals and project documentation
* Ensuring all project activities comply with ATCO and client HSEQ requirements
* Developing and implementing project-specific safety plans and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
* Leading weekly project review meetings covering program, costs, risks and resource planning
* Identifying and resolving operational issues while maintaining strong client relationships
* Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders
What You\'ll Bring
* Proven Project Management experience within construction, workforce accommodation, modular construction, infrastructure or related industries
* Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control
* Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
* Sound understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery
* Knowledge of the National Construction Code, building approvals and construction compliance requirements
* Strong safety leadership and understanding of commercial construction environments
* Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisational skills
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and project reporting
Qualifications & Experience
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or working towards)
* Strong understanding of commercial construction safety requirements and methodologies
* Highly Regarded: Current QBCC Licence
* Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline
* Previous experience delivering workforce accommodation or modular building projects
