Manager, Portfolio Systems and Reporting
As our highly valued Portfolio Systems & Reporting Manager based in Brisbane, your role will lead how we design, optimise and use portfolio systems and reporting across the enterprise, supporting our purpose of helping every Australian own their own home.
Responsibilities
* Leading the design and continuous improvement of portfolio systems and reporting frameworks that support governance and decision‐making
* Ensuring portfolio data is accurate, consistent and trusted, enabling confident decision‐making
* Building clear, executive‐level dashboards and insights that drive prioritisation and performance
* Reducing manual effort and delivering faster, more meaningful insights
* Enabling delivery teams with the right tools, frameworks and guidance to set initiatives up for success
* Driving adoption of best‐practice tools (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams) across the portfolio
* Providing analysis and insights on portfolio performance, risks and dependencies to support strategic planning and prioritisation
* Influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams to improve delivery outcomes across the enterprise
Job Context
This isn't a reporting role that just maintains the status quo. You'll shape how portfolio delivery works across the bank. You'll sit at the centre of Enterprise Delivery, working across portfolios, capabilities and change functions to lift performance and consistency. You'll challenge existing ways of working, simplify complexity and embed systems and practices that actually get used. If you see disconnected tools, inconsistent reporting and manual processes as an opportunity to improve how things work, this is where you can make a real impact.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience managing portfolio or enterprise systems, including implementation, optimisation and integration of tools such as PPM or reporting platforms
* Strong experience with Atlassian and Microsoft tooling (JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams)
* Proven ability to develop executive‐level dashboards, performance metrics and reporting outputs
* Experience improving data quality, governance and reporting standards across complex environments
* Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical system and reporting solutions
* A track record of driving process improvements to streamline activities and reduce manual effort
* Relevant qualifications in project/program management, business, IT or a related discipline
* Certifications in Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, P3O or similar desirable
