B2B Sales Executive Position
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client accounts as a B2B Sales Executive. The role entails the entire sales process, from prospecting leads to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential businesses as new clients.
* Initiate the sales cycle by scheduling meetings, understanding client requirements, and delivering compelling presentations.
* Build rapport and trust with potential clients while effectively communicating our comprehensive service offerings.
* Achieve set sales targets through consistent prospecting and follow-ups.
* Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales activities.
* Create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
* Maintain a positive work environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements:
We seek candidates with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management or related industries. A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals is essential.
Candidates should possess strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, excellent organizational skills, and experience using CRM systems for tracking sales engagement and activities.
