ROLE PURPOSE
* Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, support finance and wider business systems, ensuring data integrity, and developing business solutions.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Support Finance and wider business systems, including but not limited to, being the lead administrator for the ERP system (Pronto Xi 770)
* Maintain User Access, Security and Data integrity in the ERP system
* Design and develop business solutions using various business systems
* Design and develop User Guides and document processes
* Collaborate with internal and external groups on various Projects
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES QUALIFICATIONS
* Demonstrated functional experience with various business functions (Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance etc.)
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good time management
* Good written and spoken communication skills
* CA or CPA equivalent membership preferred but not essential
* Considerable experience in administrating Pronto Xi or ERP systems
