Purpose
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department by ensuring rooms are super clean and attending to every tiny detail. Your responsibilities extend beyond physical tasks to include teamwork and guest assistance, ensuring each guest has a wonderful stay.
Primary Responsibilities
* Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
* Work diligently within the established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we hold dear.
* Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organised and well equipped.
* Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
* Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
* Report maintenance issues promptly to maintain a flawless experience.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
* Warm and welcoming communication style that makes guests and team members feel at home.
* Attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in tasks.
* Physical stamina to navigate rooms and use internal and external staircases and open pathways.
* Ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
* Reliable transportation and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
