The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to large-scale investments across sectors such as:Logistics (multi-level developments)Build-to-Rent (BTR)Self-storage (regional platform expansion)Real estate creditPlus growing interest in data centres, student housing, modular construction, and decarbonisation themesIn this role, you will support deal execution and portfolio monitoring across a diverse set of real estate investments. You will be responsible for conducting detailed financial modelling, asset valuation, and market research to assess potential opportunities. The role also involves assisting with due diligence processes and preparing high-quality materials for Investment Committee presentations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with senior team members on deal origination, structuring, and asset management initiatives throughout the investment lifecycle.We are seeking candidates with 1–4 years of experience in investment banking—ideally within a real estate group—or in a top-tier real estate private equity firm.
