We are a specialist property, construction and strata law firm with an excellent reputation in the industry. We are currently looking for a junior to mid-level litigation lawyer to join our busy team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad mix of matters including commercial disputes, strata, property, building and construction, and local government prosecutions. This will involve working closely with clients in the property, construction, strata and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
* Managing complex commercial disputes including contractual, trust, partnership and debt recovery;
* Representing clients in strata, property and building and construction matters;
* Prosecuting local government matters, such as breaches of the Food Act;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have 2-4 years' experience in litigation and a keen interest in working with clients in the property, construction, strata and commercial sectors. You will also need to have a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
