Deployment Engineer – ANZ
Qoria is a global leader in child digital safety technology headquartered in Perth, Australia. As a Deployment Engineer in ANZ, you will be responsible for the end‐to‐end technical implementation and integration of the Linewize ecosystem within primary and secondary schools.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of end‐to‐end technical implementation and integration of the Linewize ecosystem within schools.
* Ensure high‐quality, secure, and timely deployments, turning a successful sale into a live, optimised school environment.
* Guide clients through structured onboarding and deployment lifecycles, translating complex network architecture into clear, actionable steps for school IT staff and non‐technical stakeholders.
* Perform systematic reviews of deployment processes to refine and improve customer journeys.
* Drive operational efficiency by evaluating existing deployment frameworks and suggesting continuous improvement initiatives for the wider team.
* Work autonomously as an Individual Contributor, managing time, prioritising competing tasks, and ensuring quality assurance and team alignment across the ANZ region.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven track record of guiding clients through structured onboarding and technical transitions.
* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and edge firewall configuration.
* Hands‐on experience with SSL/TLS, PKI, root certificate deployment and web filtering.
* Experience integrating Directory Services and identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Active Directory.
* Proficiency in deploying MDM solutions (Intune, Google Admin Console, Jamf, School Manager) across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and iOS.
* Solid knowledge of the ANZ K‐12 education landscape and state education networks.
* Problem‐solving and troubleshooting ability, with methodical approach to diagnostics and log analysis.
* Project management skills – prioritising tasks and managing resources efficiently.
* Evidence of professional development – relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, PMP) preferred.
* Background supporting schools and passion for education.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an Individual Contributor.
