Our client is a leading Construction business with projects across Commercial and residential developments. Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to handle their team and project coordination within the business support team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable & general invoicing
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms
- Data entry using your attention to detail
- Maintain stationery and stock supplies for the office
- General administrative support for the office
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Ability to multitask
- Experienced within the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors will be highly regarded
