We are looking for a well organised, reliable and motivated individual to work full time at our sales office located at our Nowergup Quarry (just north of Wanneroo).
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
* Answer incoming phone calls, emails, counter enquiries and sales
* Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries and billing
* Liaise with logistics and production teams
* Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
Your experience, skillset and qualifications should include:
* Previous Sales and Customer Service experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with good computing skills
* Friendly and confident customer service approach, with the ability to handle concerns professionally
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Must have permanent right to work in Australia and be willing to undergo pre-employment checks
