About The Role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant who can provide proactive, resourceful and detail-orientated support and become a key member of our Australia sales team.

This is a key role where you'll help keep projects on track, ensure smooth communication, and make sure our clients get the best experience possible – all while contributing to the growth of a company that's redefining how brands connect with their customers through scent.

Collaborating closely with seasoned Senior Sales Consultants you will help grow our client base, focusing on key accounts while maintaining relationships with our prestige-level of clientele. Working with some of the most luxurious brands in Australia and overseas you will:

* Nurture client relationships as you manage and expand existing Accounts
* Create/research opportunities for cross-sell and/or up-sell of products to clients
* Respond to inbound enquiries and generate your own leads
* Meet with clients, building rapport and educating them about our products
* Work across the full sales cycle, from introduction to closing sales and strategy implementation.

In addition to working with beautiful products you will enjoy working with a range of different clients and industries, from luxury hotels to retail stores, fashion brands, wellness, real estate, automotive, residential and more!

About you

* You have experience in sales (B2B or B2C), ideally with exposure to lead follow-up, and supporting a sales pipeline.
* You are experienced working with clients at all levels, right up to the C-suite. You are adept at creating and implementing strategies across multi-regions.
* You have a strategic mindset and can think analytically in a sales environment.
* You possess sound relationship building and networking skills with the ability to manage multi-level relationships with customers operating within complex structures.
* You are detail-oriented and methodical, with a task-driven approach that ensures accuracy and results.
* You are tenacious in following up leads and quotes and excel when given the challenge of meeting targets.
* You're naturally proactive and resourceful, with the drive to seek out new opportunities, generate leads and support the sales team's success.
* You love meeting new people and are fascinated to hear people's stories and lean about their business, and the idea of providing creative solutions to problems excites you.
* You'll hold a relevant certification or tertiary qualification, (Marketing, Business, Fashion, Retail, Real Estate) or bring applicable experience.
* You will bring curiosity and enthusiasm for working in a creative, sensory-driven industry.
