Duty Manager - Aquatic facilities Kilmore & Seymour
This casual role involves overseeing the day‐to‐day operation of Mitchell Shire Council leisure centres, providing member services, ensuring water safety, and supporting various centre functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for patrons and manage customer service.
* Maintain operational standards and oversee the daily running of the centre.
* Backfill positions within the centre as needed.
* Manage outdoor pool operations seven days a week throughout the summer season.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current Level 2 First Aid (HLTAID003) and a valid Working with Children Check.
* Current Pool Lifeguard certification.
* Energetic, communicative, teamwork‐oriented, with initiative and a professional approach.
Pay & Working Conditions
This is a casual position with an hourly rate starting at $45.15 (LSO Band 4) plus superannuation.
