Reporting to the Food and Beverage Venue Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor support daily operations within a fast‐paced ski resort environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while overseeing service standards, staff training, and team performance throughout the ski season. Responsibilities may also include providing ongoing feedback to staff and assisting with weekly rostering in line with budgets and forecasts.
What You'll Do
* Take charge of daily operations by assisting with opening and closing the venue once comfortable, helping ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Champion food safety and quality by maintaining compliance with food safety standards, RSA requirements, and best practices at all times.
* Support and develop the team through staff training, roster management, and promoting a safe, positive working environment.
* Lead with confidence by overseeing the venue in the Manager's absence and ensuring operational standards are consistently met.
What You'll Bring
* A minimum of (1) year's supervisory or management experience in either a Bistro, Restaurant, Bar, Fast Food venue or Food Court
* Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - For the state you will be working in - See - Do Food Safely (VIC Resorts) or Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts)
* Required - A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) - For the start you will be working in - See - RSA Certificate of Completion (VIC Resorts) or NSW Competency Card (NSW Resort)
* Neat and professional presentation
* The ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment.
* A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
