ahs hospitality is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate sales growth and expand our footprint in the commercial cleaning sector. This is a high-impact role responsible for winning new business, growing key client relationships, and positioning ahs hospitality as a market leader through innovative and results-driven business development.
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for executing ahs hospitality's sales strategy across your region. You will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline, securing new business, and supporting long-term client growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
* Execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion
* Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities within the commercial cleaning sector
* Develop compelling, commercially sound proposals aligned to client needs and margin expectations
Client Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Understand client challenges and provide tailored service solutions
* Support client retention and account growth through proactive engagement
Market Focus & Performance
* Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity to deliver against targets
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
* Continuously improve sales effectiveness and approach
Collaboration & Influence
* Act as a brand ambassador for ahs hospitality
* Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure successful service delivery
* Contribute to a positive, high-performance and accountable culture
About You
We're looking for a motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in B2B business development, ideally within commercial cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality services.
You will bring:
