Level 3 - $99,147.86 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) + 12% Superannuation

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Support Officer to support the delivery of our Capital and Operational Works Programmes. This role provides efficient and accurate administrative and contract support to the Infrastructure Projects & Assets team.
Reporting to the Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting contract administration, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with project coordination. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects within a collaborative team environment.
Key responsibilities for the Contract Support Officer include:
* Provide administrative and contract support to the Infrastructure Projects & Assets team, including handling confidential information
* Assist with the preparation of contract documentation, project records, and QA registers
* Maintain accurate records and coordinate the distribution of project and contract information
* Support meetings and team processes, including agendas, minutes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
* Cert III in Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent relevant experience
* Current \'C\' class drivers license
* Rights to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance
