About the Position
The People and Culture Manager is responsible for leading all Human Resources functions and initiatives across the organisation to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the implementation of HR best practices.
The role is central to enhancing workforce capability and organisational culture in alignment with strategic goals. This includes planning, organising, while providing high-level specialist advice on a broad range of matters such as recruitment, remuneration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, policy development and interpretation, change management, continuous improvement, and staff wellbeing.
