What will you bring?
* Minimum Certificate III qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
* A passion and energy for world‐class care
* Ability to work as part of a tight‐knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes
