We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic Branch Operations Manager to support our Karratha Depot.
You will be based in Karratha and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Karratha Branch including people, vehicles and assets. There is a strong focus on meeting and exceeding deliverables for customers and ensure branch profitability is sustained and increased.
You will work with Jolly and Son's Operations Manager to plan and manage workload and business / customer requirements
This role is instrumental in promoting the Jolly and Sons within the region.

Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or have equivalent work rights to be eligible for this position.
What we're looking for
* Experience optimizing resources
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in resource optimisation is required.
* 3-5 years of people management experience is essential for this role.
* Great at fostering relationships with a customer focused and can-do attitude.
* Contacts within the oil & gas industry will be viewed favorably.
* A solid grasp on HSEQ and safe working procedures.
* Experience with pricing / quoting on jobs.
* Basic familiarity with pricing and quoting processes is required.
* Excellent people and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objective.
* Intermediate knowledge in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skill.
* Transport or Freight experience is a must have for this role.
* Be able to jump in and drive one of the depots local trucks if the need arises.
