About the role
Minelec Pty Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced TA/Operator to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you\'ll be doing
* Performing a variety of general labouring tasks to support our operations
* Operating and maintaining a range of machinery and equipment
* Assisting with the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems and components
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
* Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
* Warehousing
What we\'re looking for
* Demonstrated experience in a similar labourer or operator role, ideally within the trades and services industry
* Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
* Commitment to adhering to all safety policies and procedures
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Must have MR (or higher), EWP and Forklift Licence
