What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering exceptional customer service across inbound phone, website, email and scheduling platforms.
* Supporting customers by providing tailored solutions and promoting our services.
* Maintaining accurate customer information in our database.
* Attending specialist training to continually enhance your skills.
* Collaborating with a fun and motivated team that values your input.
About You
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
* Motivated to learn and grow in your career.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Enjoys working in a team environment and helping others.
* National Police Clearance (required).
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Previous customer service experience in a similar environment is highly desirable, but we provide full training – if you bring the attitude, we'll teach you the rest!
