Your responsibilities will include: Preparing listing documentation, Form 6s, disclosures, and ensuring compliance Managing marketing campaigns from pre-market through to launch Coordinating photography, videography, floorplans, copywriting, and signboards Uploading and maintaining listings across REA, Domain, and internal systems Acting as the key point of contact for sellers throughout campaigns Preparing offer documentation and assisting with contract processing Liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers through to settlement Tracking key dates and ensuring smooth transaction progression Managing CRM (Agentbox) records, campaigns, and database accuracy Providing administrative support across 3–4 agents The successful Candidate: Current QLD Real Estate Registration 2–3 years’ experience in residential sales administration Strong knowledge of QLD contracts, compliance, and processes Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines Proactive, accountable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work Bronte Eggels Talent Manager - Real Estate P: 0432 770 868 E: beggels@goughrecruitment.com.au
