Your Role
In this role, you will lead and support teams to deliver high‐quality services while meeting legal and administrative requirements. You will create a positive, ethical workplace where people are encouraged to perform at their best, contribute new ideas, and continuously improve how services are delivered. You will also play a key part in driving strong outcomes for clients and aligning team performance with organisational goals.
The role may be a Registrar or Deputy Registrar in a court registry and will require supervising a team and effectively allocating resources to meet departmental requirements. It may also involve performing quasi‐judicial and procedural functions.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop staff, fostering an ethical, safe, and high‐performing workplace where skills are strengthened and contributions are valued.
* Drive strategies that support organisational change, improve efficiency and enhance service delivery.
* Support the design and delivery of services that meet the diverse needs of court users.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the judiciary.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, financial and administrative obligations while performing quasi‐judicial functions as required.
