Aviation Cleaning Operative – Cairns Airport
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Aviation Cleaning Operatives to join our team at Cairns Airport. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic airport environment, delivering high-quality cleaning services with a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily cleaning tasks across airport terminals and facilities
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Deliver excellent service and uphold safety procedures
* Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and medical assessments
* Eligible to obtain an ASIC (criminal history clearance)
* Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to reliable transport
* Good availability, including weekends and public holidays
Desired Attributes
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* Physically fit with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods
* Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and initiative
* Previous experience in floor care (stripping and sealing) is advantageous
