The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the technical vision and execution of a key AI project. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll architect scalable solutions, mentor a talented team, and deliver cutting-edge products that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Project Management
- Lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Define system architecture and make critical technical decisions.
- Implement coding standards and best practices.
- Backend & Cloud Architecture
- Build serverless backend services using AWS Lambda.
- Manage AWS RDS, ECS, Load Balancers, and other core services.
- Frontend & Mobile Development
- Develop responsive web apps with React.
- Build cross-platform mobile apps using React Native and Expo.
About You
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years in a Tech Lead role.
- Expertise in AWS, React, React Native, and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI concepts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high EQ, and strong leadership skills.
