Responsibilities
Under supervision of the Spa Supervisor and Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant greets guests, explains facilities, dispenses amenities, and maintains cleanliness and supplies in the spa and fitness areas.
Essential Job Functions:
* Follow all Gaming Commission Regulations and company policies.
* Greet guests, explain locker room and bathroom setups, guide guests to treatments.
* Maintain cleanliness, restock linens, and sanitize all wet areas regularly.
* Distribute linens, replenish supplies, and understand spa menu and products for guest communication and upselling.
* Assist with equipment and furniture handling, support special events, and promote responsible gaming and alcohol service.
* Uphold the company's Mission and Values, report incidents, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma required, with at least six months guest service experience. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment are necessary.
Work Environment:
* Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, and hearing. Must lift/move up to 50 pounds. Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
* The environment is fast-paced, crowded, noisy, with potential exposure to secondhand smoke and casino-related factors. Effective communication in English is required.

The Tribal Council prioritizes employment for Native Americans, giving first preference to Seminole Tribe members, then to other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet job requirements.
Final candidates must pass background checks, including criminal and drug screening, to obtain gaming licensure.
