Senior Process Engineer – Industrial (Brisbane)

What you'll do
* Oversee delivery of key process engineering work across energy and resources projects, ensuring outcomes meet time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
* Lead process design, safety assessments, and risk management across complex resources and energy projects.
* Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing.
* Develop and review key process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, calculations, specifications, and process safety documentation.
* Support project delivery from concept selection, feasibility and FEED through detailed design, construction, and commissioning.
* Drive continuous improvement, best‐practice engineering standards, and adoption of digital engineering tools.
* Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on technical and contractual matters.
What you'll bring
* Relevant qualifications in Process or Chemical Engineering and professional memberships (Engineers Australia, iChemE, RPEQ).
* 10+ years of process engineering experience across hydrocarbons, power, resources, and green energy projects.
* Strong expertise in process design, process safety, and risk management for major and technically complex projects.
* Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver multidisciplinary work across all project phases.
* Strong capability in process modelling (HYSYS, UniSim and Fluid flow).
* Strong experience in equipment sizing, technical problem‐solving, and data‐driven design decisions.
* Committed to delivering safe, sustainable, compliant, and practical engineering outcomes.
