Our Financial Management, People and Engagement team plays a central role in supporting our people and business to work more effectively through the adoption of innovative tools and practices. We focus on enabling teams to embrace new technologies, including artificial intelligence, by delivering clear communication, practical training, and strong stakeholder engagement.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will drive the adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence tools across Financial Management, People and Engagement by delivering engaging communication, training and change initiatives. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to plan and deliver rollout activities, support internal AI communities, and ensure people feel confident using new tools in their day-to-day work. Your efforts will help create a connected and well-supported experience that encourages meaningful and sustained adoption.

What You Offer
* Experience delivering change, communication or training initiatives, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders and adapt messaging for different audiences
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities including events, communications and rollout activities
* Excellent communication skills, with experience creating clear and engaging content and presentations
* Confidence facilitating workshops, training sessions or group discussions, both in person and virtually
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively with business, technical and programme teams to deliver outcomes and improve adoption.

About Financial Management, People and Engagement

Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) provides a single interface for Macquarie's businesses across key areas of people, strategy, communications and financial management. Comprising two pillars – Financial Management, and People and Engagement – it is responsible for managing the Group's financial, tax and treasury activities and strategic priorities, fostering our culture through people and community engagement strategies, and engaging with stakeholders to protect and promote Macquarie's reputation globally.
