What you’ll achieve As an ANZ Sales Director you will be accountable for executing our marketing, sales and key account strategies for the ANZ business to achieve the top-line target and market-share objectives. Working with an extended highly skilled sales team (24 members), you will drive financial responsibility that includes Budget, Cost and Sales etc across ANZ You will: Meet, drive and develop strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and partner relationships Ensure compliance with all company policies – code of conduct, deal approval, entertainment as examples Participate in industry forums and trade shows Lead the commercial, commercial operations and marketing activities and aligning with pre-sales Maintain competency in the Dedalus portfolio and have good understanding of our key competitors and how we can compete. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Five plus years of sales management experience from within healthcare sector. Digital health experience welcomed 10 years in the profession and five years in Enterprise software sales Proven sales executive experience with complex software and services, meeting or exceeding targets Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors Demonstrable track record developing and executing business plans, goal setting and team building, performance management Proven ability to position products against competitors Sound working knowledge of OH&S, risk management, workers compensation legislation and principles We are Dedalus, come join us Dedalus is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience that reflects the passion our employees bring to our mission of helping clinicians and nurses deliver better care to their served communities.
