Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Yard Hand at our Mackay branch.
Your Duties will include:
* Managing the daily operations of the Branch logistics and yard operations.
* Answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
* Greet and serve "walk-in" customers and guests.
* Yard operational support - filling cylinders, loading / unloading vehicles
* Provide support to Yard Supervisor and Branch Manager relating to daily operational requirements.
* Promoting the benefits of Supagas & Supagas products.
* Handle enquiries in a professional manner, ensure follow through and finalise all enquiries.
* Online orders, email / fax orders, Ring around calls, banking and cash balancing.
