About the pilot
Interview Screener is preparing to launch AI Headhunter, a candidate‑sourcing engine that extends our AI‑driven screening platform. Early beta testers are already finding qualified candidates faster and doing about 60% less manual work during filtering and first‑round interviews. Help us sharpen the tools before the public release in Q3.
What you will do
* Run real hiring scenarios through the AI Headhunter Chrome extension on LinkedIn and the Interview Screener web dashboard.
* Stress‑test new features that discover, enrich and reach out to candidates.
* Log structured feedback on accuracy, speed and workflow fit.
* Join one thirty‑minute product call each week to discuss findings and prioritise fixes.
What you get
* Pay: AU$20 - 40 per hour, capped at 10 hours weekly for the four‑week pilot (extendable).
* Credit: AU$1,000 of Interview Screener usage for your own open roles.

Ideal testers
* Recruiters, talent partners or HR specialists located in Australia. We have early demand in Brisbane and Perth but welcome applicants nationwide.
* Actively filling roles and comfortable experimenting with new technology.
* Able to give clear, candid feedback on both sourcing and screening stages.
