About the Opportunity
We're opening an Expression of Interest (EOI) for our mid-year intake of Junior Consultants, focused on building capability in software testing and quality engineering.
This is an entry point into consulting at KJR — designed for individuals who are early in their careers and ready to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast‐paced, client‐facing environment.
As a Junior Consultant, you will:
* Work on real client engagements alongside experienced consultants
* Build foundational skills in software testing, quality engineering, and delivery
* Gain exposure to modern tools, frameworks, and enterprise environments
* Learn how to operate in a consulting and stakeholder‐driven setting
* Be supported through structured learning and on‐the‐job development
What We're Looking For

* Interest in technology, software testing, or IT delivery
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly
* Ability to work in a team and adapt in client environments
* Relevant degree, certification, or project experience (preferred but not essential)
Eligibility (Mandatory Requirements)
* Australian Citizenship is required
* Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances where required
